Due to their special surface they reflect indeed the smallest quantum of light and get Pike attention– also in muddy water. They are fluorescent, which means that they interact with UV-light
Their adhesive backing makes them easy to apply but a few drops of super glue or epoxy is recommended for a more secure hold.
